VBSman allows you to send an email
broadcast to the students or parents.
- On the main menu, select Utilities.
- On the drop down menu, select E-mail
On the Send E-mail screen, enter the
following information:

Select All registered, Active Only, Inactive Only |

Email address for a carbon copy |
| BCC |
Email address for a blind carbon copy |
| Priority |
Set the priority from the drop down list |
| Attachment |
Specify the location of any file to attach |

The subject of the email |
| Message |
The message |
Click on the Send button to send the email message.
