Insert the CD into your CD drive. The installation program will automatically start. These three programs will be installed:
The default folder for VBSman is C:\VBSman\. If you change this, you will need to specify the folder when you first use the VBSman program.
Note: The VBSMan installation may fail if the .NET Framework installation has not finished. In that case, simply remove the CD and re-insert it. Then, skip the instllation of the first two programs.

Save the program to your desktop.
Open the program, and select Extract all files.
Specify a temporary folder, such as C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
Open the temporary folder, and double click on the Setup program.
